Some people come into your life as friends, and before you know it, they become an essential part of your story. For us, that’s Jen and Joe Melville. They’ve become more than friends; they’re trusted partners, sounding boards, and a big part of why Westwood IV Therapy is what it is today.
We first met Jen, and right away we knew she was someone special. She's a supportive friend, an incredible nurse, and someone who just makes everything around her better. When she joined our team as the RN managing our NAD+ and weight loss services, she brought not only her clinical expertise but also fresh ideas and a level of efficiency that transformed how we handle this growing side of the business. She’s been the steady hand and creative mind behind so many improvements, and we can’t imagine doing this without her.
Joe has been our business coach since the very beginning, guiding us through every step of this crazy mobile IV adventure. He has a knack for taking our endless stream of ideas (some wild, some practical, most somewhere in between) and helping us see the bigger picture: accreditation, P&Ls, operational systems, scaling, and how to move from “what if” to “what’s next.”
Our brainstorming calls with him are some of our favorite times — a mix of energy, laughter, and real insight that leaves us better every single time.
He also brings the wisdom of being a successful entrepreneur himself. One of the businesses he owns is Melville Candy, a family company that has been innovating in the candy world for nearly 50 years. If you’ve ever seen their famous swizzle sticks or specialty sweets, you know the kind of creativity and dedication that goes into everything they do. That same entrepreneurial spirit is what makes Joe’s advice so valuable — he’s lived it, built it, and continues to thrive.
Jen and Joe have each played a huge role in helping Westwood IV Therapy grow and thrive. We’re endlessly grateful for their time, their wisdom, and most of all, their friendship.
