We're thrilled to shine our spotlight on someone who has become the backbone of Westwood IV: Keisha, our incredible virtual assistant from Hello Rache.

Since day one, Keisha has made a huge impact. With her background in nursing, she brings just the right mix of clinical smarts and organizational magic. She's kind, professional, and cares about our clients just as much as we do.

Keisha keeps everything running smoothly—handling scheduling, billing, and all the behind-the-scenes stuff that makes our world go round. She also keeps me in check (which is no easy task!), replying to an endless stream of texts and emails with calm, clarity, and speed. Her attention to detail and proactive nature have taken so much off my plate and made us better in every way.

Just this week, we were laughing about a TikTok that described me so well it was almost frightening—it joked about the chaos of WhatsApp messages I send daily, how it would be so helpful if I could just land the plane on my thoughts, and how ADHD is both a blessing and a curse. Keisha somehow takes the wild stream of ideas from my brain and turns them into actionable tasks. I will forever love her for that. I’m 100% sure this isn’t what she expected when she signed up for this job, but she’s taken my transition from ER nurse (thriving in chaos) to small business owner completely in stride.

Working with Hello Rache has been a total game-changer. Their team is HIPAA-compliant and serious about data security, which gives us peace of mind when it comes to client privacy. Their training and vetting are clearly top-notch—because they brought us Keisha.
