  • Stay Hydrated: Drink water throughout the day — aim for about half your body weight in ounces. Herbal teas, fruits, and veggies with high water content all count, too.

  • Prioritize Protein: Include lean protein with each meal to help maintain muscle mass and strength.

  • Keep Moving: Daily activity — whether it’s walking, stretching, or gardening — keeps joints flexible and supports overall energy.

  • Protect Your Sleep: Stick to a bedtime routine, turn off screens an hour before bed, and make your bedroom a restful space.

  • Focus on Immunity: A balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables provides antioxidants that protect your body as it ages.

  • Stay Social: Maintaining friendships and connections is just as important as diet and exercise when it comes to long-term wellness.
