Service Description

This service is designed exclusively for patients referred by concierge doctors. After booking, our team will contact the client directly to confirm the appointment and coordinate with the referring physician to determine the most appropriate IV formula based on the client’s health needs and goals. A licensed nurse will provide a comfortable in-home IV experience, overseen by our medical director and in collaboration with the referring physician. What’s Included: In-home nurse visit Hydration with 1L of IV fluids Coordination with referring doctor for treatment selection Standard vitamin options (e.g., B-complex, vitamin C) Optional add-ons may be recommended based on the client’s needs Final IV formula and pricing may vary depending on medications or specialty treatments required. All care is HIPAA-compliant and medically supervised.
